How can I get admission in IIM, Calcutta to pursue MBA?

Low marks in class 10th and 12th would affect your composite score. You need to score a high CAT percentile to get a call from IIM. The admission will depend on your PI and graduation background. To pursue Post Graduate Diploma in Management, you need to take CAT and perform exceedingly well. For students belonging to general category, the CAT cutoff for the interview call is as high as 98 percentile. Perform well in the interview to secure admission at IIM Calcutta.

Look at their website and all the programs they offer, general MBA, specialized MBA, executive MBA, distance MBA, etc. Each one may have different entrance exam / equivalent exam grade / selection criteria.

You need to have minimum 50% marks at your graduation examination and score more than 95 percentile score in CAT to get a call for PI (personal interview) from IIM, Calcutta. Once you clear the PI then you can get admission on the basis of merit ranking.
