How can I get admission in IIM? Will my work experience be counted?
I wish to pursue MBA from IIM. I am currently pursuing graduation and working in a public sector bank.

Hello Karthik,
In order to pursue MBA from IIMs you must hold a bachelor's Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA, plus you need to take CAT test.
Please note that each IIM shortlists candidates for second stage of selection which may be independent of each other.
The process may include:
1. Written Ability Test (WAT).
2. Group Discussions (GD)
3. Personal Interviews (PI).
Performance in CAT examination is an important component in the admission process.
