How can I get admission in IIT for Masters in biotechnology? I am doing my Bachelors in a private university in Gujarat.

You should appear in GATE exam and qualifying will get admission in the IITs.

You can go for Jam exam and GATE exam. Both of them are for Masters in IIT.
