  • Eligibility: a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks (55% for SC/ST/PwD candidates).

Entrance Exam: CAT is required. There's no minimum score specified, but aiming for a high percentile.

Alternate Option for IIT Graduates: If you're an IIT graduate with a CGPA of 7 or above on a 10-point scale, you're exempted from the CAT requirement. You'll be directly called for the selection process (if applicable).

It is also important for students to apply for CAT by the deadline. After clearing the required CAT cutoff, candidates are called for the PI round. Candidates for the MBA course at IIT Roorkee should have a graduation degree or any professional qualification from a UGC-recognized university and should have obtained a minimum of 60% aggregate marks for general category candidates and 55% for SC/ST/PwD candidates. Moreover, students can visit their official website and learn more information about the admissions process.

At GIBS, our curriculum and academic changes are taken care of by some really strong committees. The Academic Council, Board of Studies, and IQAC team constantly review what we are learning and update it based on industry needs. Even our faculty members work together to suggest improvements.

As a student, I feel like these committees make sure our syllabus is always fresh, practical, and helpful for the real corporate world. It's one of the reasons learning at GIBS feels so updated and relevant.
