IITs only give admission on the basis of selection in JEE advance, and a few IITs provides B.Arch course.

There are only two IITs that offer B.Arch admissions - IIT Kharagpur and IIT Roorkee in which the aspirants can get admission provided they have cleared JEE Main (Paper-II) followed by JEE Advanced and AAT (Architecture Aptitude Test). .

It's not possible as IIT admission is purely based on AAT score.

IIT-Roorkee does not accept NATA score as it accepts the score of AAT exam. AAT exam is conducted after announcement of JEE Advanced result. Those candidate who have cleared JEE Mains paper 2 are allowed to sit for AAT.
