How can I get admission in JNU for 2019?

I have pass my 10+2 in 2016 with a score of 65%. I want to chinese. Currently im learning chinese at Bharatiya vidya Bhawan but I am not satisfy with the teaching there. So how can I get admission for chinese course in JNU. ?
