How can I get admission in Kalinga Institute of Nursing Sciences for B.Sc in nursing?

I completed HSC in 2010 with 54.5% and BBA in 2013 from George College, Kolkata with 6.70 CGPA. I am 25 years old.

The eligibility criteria of B.Sc. Nursing of Kalinga Institute of Nursing Sciences is given below. Eligibility Criteria: Pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry & Biology and English (PCBE) with at least 45% marks in aggregate. Age criteria : Lower age should be 17 years & up
