    Hello Aditi,
For getting admission in LPU, you should pass with aggregate 60% marks in 10+2 with English. If you don't have English as a subject then LPU says that the candidate should pass all exams in English medium. For availing scholarship in LPU, you can give there LPU NEST exam on the basis of which you can get upto 50% scholarship in semester fees. And if you belong to Defense family then LPU gives 20% scholarship and this can be increased from LPU NEST. LPU has offices in almost all the districts in every state and you can visit those offices and take admission. You can apply for LPU NEST. Admission and hostels from there.

Hi there,

Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT,   commerce,   arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .

I hope this helps,

Thank you.

Dear reader,

Taking admission at LPU is a great choice. LPUNEST is their own entrance and scholarship exam.

The candidate's merit rank on the test and the courses and specializations they selected during the online preference submission are the main factors used to assign seats for LPU NEST counseling.  The availability of seats in the selected programs is another factor that affects allocation.

For more information kindly contact their concerned department.

I hope this information helps.
