I think there is no M.E, only M.tech. And for that one needs to give GATE. Hope it helps!

About 25% seats are reserved for in house students and about 15% seats can be filled supernumerary under various categories like NRI criteria. In majority of the cases, the minimum marks to be obtained in graduation is placed at 60%.
