How can I get admission in MBBS? I have not written any entrance exam.

For MBBS, you need to appear for NEET, AIIMS & JIPMER. Central Board of Secondary Education shall organize the NEET examination for selecting students for medical courses. Top medical colleges of India consider the NEET score card for admissions.
