You may prefer Shiksha college predictor.
In our country, people truly believe on IITs and NITs for B.Tech and placement.
But, due to downfall, these are also losing its position.
Apart from these, some private college are BITS, SRM, NIRMA, VIT, SKIT Jaipur, UPES Dehradun and LPU are getting higher value.
Well, there, you may get good environment.

Check the requirements for 'India'. You must have a minimum of 60% every year from 10th to 12th. For engineering programs requirements will be higher and competitive. You must also take the IELTS. Check link provided, you will find everything.
