How can I get admission in Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University for MBBS?

I didn't take NEET exam. I have scored 69% in HSC.

No, you can't. For admission into MBBS or BDS courses anywhere in India, you have to appear NEET. There's no other gateway for admission into these courses. So, for admission into MBBS in BHU, you have to appear NEET. -
You cannot get admission in any medical or dental college without NEET except for AIIMS and JIMPER.
