How can I get admission in MIT Pune or COEP if I am a student of Gujarat Board?

Hello Niti,
Government of Maharashtra has issued detail guidelines about eligibility. What I could make out is that, if you are a student of Gujarat board, you can get admission in Maharashtra only if either of your parents is having domicile of Maharashtra.
