How can I get admission in NIFT? Which exam do I need to qualify?

Candidates should have passed in 10+2 qualifying examination from a recognised state or national board of education. Candidates passed from public University/ School/ Board examination in India or foreign countries must be recognised under Association of Indian Universities as per 10+2 pattern of education. Candidates must have studied a minimum of five main subjects under National Open School Examination Candidates holding diploma under 10+3 or 10+4 pattern as recognised by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) or State Board of Technical Education Candidates holding Advanced (A) level/ International Baccalaureate (IB) level General Certificate Education (GCE) Examination (London/ Cambridge/ Sri Lanka) National Institute of Fashion Technology, New Delhi conducts national level examination for admissions to 2010 seats of Bachelor of Design programme and 360 seats of Bachelor of Fashion Technology programme offered at NIFT campuses across India. There are as many as 16 NIFT campuses including New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Kannur, Hyderabad, Gandhinagar, Bengaluru, Shillong, Patna, Kangra, Jodhpur, Srinagar (Jammu), Raebareli, Chennai, Bhopal and Bhubaneswar.
