NIT Hamirpur M.Tech admission takes place through the merit secured in GATE entrance examinations. Candidates who have a valid GATE score will have to appear for CCMT counselling so that they can apply for admission into the programme once they have appeared for the exam. Once the results of the exams are announced candidates have to be part of the counselling process to get provisional admission into the programme. Admission is only finalised when the candidate has done the document verification and some amount of the tuition fee is paid.
