STEP (Systematic Training and Education Programme) is a 3-year programme for students who are between 18 to 20 years of age and have completed or are about to complete Class XII. STEP offers comprehensive on the job training in kitchen operations or hotel operations (front office/ food and beverage service focus and housekeeping focus) at select hotels of The Oberoi Group. Alongside training, STEP also facilitates education through a correspondence Bachelor's degree in tourism studies from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). Upon completion of STEP including the undergraduate studies from IGNOU, you are eligible to join The Oberoi Centre of Learning and development OCLD or Oberoi Central Employment Register OCER.
