To be eligible for admission to BE/BTech course at St. Ann's College of Engineering and Technology, the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in class 12 in a relevant stream from any recognised board. Eligible students must appear for the AP EAMCET exam and score valid marks to be eligible for the course.

St. Ann's College of Engineering and Technology B.E. / B.Tech course is divided into 6 - 8 semesters. St. Ann's College of Engineering and Technology provides admission to B.E. / B.Tech through an Andhra Pradesh EAMCET exam.
