You have to fill main form of University of Delhi first And at the time of merit declaration you can fill desired college's form and take admission in whichever list you lie.

Yes, you can get admission in any DU college, but you need to satisfy the cut-off of that college for your category I.e. general, ST, SC, etc.

Hi, Firstly, you have to fill the main Delhi University registration form at the Delhi university online portal. Then, you have to wait for the declaration of cut-off lists. If you are lucky you will get yours desired course in your desired college according to your class 12th best of four percentage.

Hi, First of all, you have to register yourself on DU website and then wait for the cut-off list. If your marks satisfied according to the cut-off so, go there and get the admission.
