How can I get admission in the prestigious universities abroad to pursue 3rd and 4th year of my B.Tech?

Which certification course should I pursue in order to increase my chances of getting admission abroad? I am pursuing B.Tech in ME.

For Bachelor degree, it's not possible. When you are doing Masters, then you are eligible and mainly in MBA programs.
