How can I get admission in the world's top universities?

1) Make a list of the schools you are interested in and study them. 2) Prepare and appear for standardised tests such as SAT, TOEFL, IELTS, GMAT etc. 3) Ready your applications. 4) Concentrate on your essays. These should be well researched since it is one the most important piece of document in you application. 5) If you are capable of paying the fee fine else you can mail individual colleges and request an admission fee waiver which they mostly grant. 6) After you have the scores. Fill in you applications and submit them. 7) If you are looking for a scholarship, study the schemes available in every college you have applied to and submit the requisite forms and documents. 8) After you have done the needful cross your fingers and hope for the best.
