Give XAT and fill application form of XLRI. If you are shortlisted, you will be called for GD/PI round.

To get into the PGDHRM course, you have to appear for XAT .

For admissions in XLRI's PGDHRM. You need to appear for XAT exam( that would be in your 3rd year of your BBA), after which if you get shortlisted you will be called for GD and PI. For now develop a habit of reading, keep updated with recent news, practice basic quant techniques and concentrate on

Graduation degree is necessary for admission in PGDHRM programme of XLRI. Even last year students of graduation can give XAT for admission in XLRI.
