A candidate should have passed the Higher Secondary Examination HSC (10+2) or PDC academic examination or any other qualification recognized as equivalent thereto, with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Botany, and Zoology. 40% of marks in aggregate for SC/ST and 50% of marks in aggregate for the general category MS
