In a few programme, you may directly get admission at LPU without any entrance exam on the basis of your qualifying exam such as Diploma, BA, etc. Moreover, for most of the programmes, you need to qualify for the LPUNEST exam and interview conducted by LPU to fulfill the eligibility such as BTech, BBA, BCA, PhD, MBA, etc. Subject to the course you are applying the admission criterion may vary. For instance if you are applying for an admission in B.Tech Program then qualifying LPU NEST Entrance test is mandatory. Or for say eg. you are seeking admission in MBA programme at LPU then you need to qualify LPU NEST TEST as well as MBA Admission Interview. However if you are applying for any under grad program like B.Design or say Fashion Designing or BBA you might not have to give LPU NEST.
Hence to take admission in LPU first you need to register yourself on http://admission.lpu.in and thereafter proceed with the counselling process.At the time of the counselling you need to provide the scanned copies of following documents are required at the time of making application for online admission:
1.Passport size photograph of candidate and parents (Father and Mother)
2.Matriculation Certificate (if applicable)
3.Eligibility qualification certificate (depending on programme) including previous qualifications (Eligibility qualification may be submitted later-on in case the final result has not been declared till date)
4.Gap affidavit (If applicable - Self)
5.Aadhaar card of candidate and parents
6.Category certificate (if applicable, for eg. if claiming eligibility relaxation on the basis of category)
7.Income affidavit of parents (Self in case of Ph.D.)

I did MBA from LPU itself. So, I can share the admission details of this programme at LPU with you. You should have passed with 55% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (any discipline) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST or CAT or MAT or XAT or NMAT or CMAT and Interview

The various parameters includes Fluency, Grammatical errors, elaboration of the concept, Clarity in thought process, Confidence, General Awareness, and leadership quality.
In LPU when you sit for an MBA interview there are 2 panelists one from the core domain and the other from soft skills to assess you on speaking skills. Both the panelists will be rating you on the competency and a score will be generated. On the basis of the cut-off score only you will be considered as qualified or not.
Hence, whatever is the specialization that you are wishing to opt for the faculty of the core domain will be checking you on that and keeping in mind the above competencies stated. And Yes, you will be checked about the General Awareness so you need to keep yourself up to date. You will be asked questions related to your graduation degree and what made you go for MBA as well. So, kindly prepare the justification for that.
So, all the best. Stay confident and answer the questions logically keeping the above-stated factors in mind. As what questions will come your way depend upon the panelists but the factors on which you are going to be tested remain the same.

1.Ensure the web camera is working fine
2.You audio piece equipment needs to be working fine.
3.Test the audio and video before appearing for interview.
4.There should not be anyone else in the room.
5.Find a quiet place around.
6.Keep the camera at a steady position.
7.Do not sound too casual

LPU floats more than 250 programmes whose eligibility varies from one another. Scholarship is also floated on the basis of capability of the student but it is reduced with every passing phase. So, in order to fetch maximum benefit of scholarship, you are advised to plan the admission at the earliest.
LPU do offer scholarship to provide financial assistance to the students:
1.On the basis of marks in previous class
2.LPU conducts Lovely professional university national entrance and scholarship test (LPUNEST) on the basis of which student can enhance their scholarship

The eligibility for MBA is:
pass with 50% aggregate marks in bachelor's degree (any discipline) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU-NEST-2017 or CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT (85 percentile) and interview.

As per the admissions 2020 The Admission is depends on the course eligibilty. LPu has More than 250 courses and moreover LPU has been ranked top 80 amongst all private and government institutions by NIRF, MHR, GOI. You can take admission as per the eligibility on the LPU website. The most important priorities of LPU is best quality of education and placements at great places. They follow these things and result is lot of deserved and eligible students got the best places. Moreover, LPU has Best Lifestyle and university Life.
