How can i get admission to a government college in maharashtra when i am gpat qualified but not given mht cet ?

I am pursuing my b pharm degree from nagpur university. i am gpat qualified and want to get admission to m.pharm in a government college in maharashtra. bt i have not given mht cet. so i am in doubts regarding the admission procedure. i would really appreciate if you could help me out.
