IIIT Sri City M.Tech admissions are taken, either through GATE or IIIT Sri city own application process. The eligibility and selection criteria for M.Tech is given below:

For GATE:

BE/ BTech in CSE or ECE or equivalent specialisation.

For Non-GATE:

BE/ BTech in CSE or ECE or any equivalent specialisation with a minimum of 60% aggregate or 6.5 CGPA (55% or 6.0 CGPA for SC/ ST/ PWD) from a recognised University.

For GATE:

GATE
Counselling and Admission process will be conducted by CCMT

For Non- GATE:

Candidates having a Undergraduate degree from CFTI institute with more than 8.0 CGPA, will be selected on the basis of merit and then they have to appear for a coding test and a personal interview conducted by IIIT Sri City.
Candidates who do not have an undergraduate degree from CFTI institute or graduated from a CFTI institute but have less than 8.0 CGPA, will have to appear for a written test conducted by IIIT Sri City, followed by the coding test and interview.
