How can I get admission to Sree Balaji College of Nursing for B.Sc?

<p>Sree balaji college of nursing is reputated college of nursing in chennai which is affiliated to Bharath University. For taking Admission in Bsc nursing&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>one should submit the admission form which can be get by administrative office.</strong></p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Eligibility for BSc Nursing are:-</strong></span></p><ol><li>Male and female candidates are eligible.</li><li>Age limit for admission:&nbsp; &nbsp;A Candidate should have&nbsp; completed the age of 17 years&nbsp; at the time of admission/ as on 31st december of the year.</li><li>Candidates should have passed 10+2 in Science subject. They should have passed&nbsp; their higher secondary examination conducted by the government of tamil nadu or an equivalent examinations accepted by the governing council by Bharath University. In the Qualified&nbsp; examination they must&nbsp; have taken the following&nbsp; subjects physics, chemistry, biology and english and obtained a minimum of 45% marks in each subjects.</li></ol><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Documents and Certificates:</strong></span></p><p>Xerox copy of these will be attached</p><ol><li>Transfer certificate.</li><li>Marks sheet of 10+2</li><li>conduct certificate from head of institution</li><li>community certificate</li><li>medical fitness certificate</li><li>HepatitisB andTyphoid&nbsp; vaccination certificate.</li></ol><p>Thank you</p>
