How can I get admission to st Xavier's College for mass communication if I am a +2 without Maths?

You must have Maths as a compulsory subject in plus 2 leveto get admission in st. xaviers college, be it Mumbai and Kolkata. Simply having Maths in class 12 won't fetch you admission in Xavier's.
