The admission to the LLM programme is done on the basis of applicants scores in the Calcutta University Law Entrance Test (CULET-UG) scores. Candidates seeking admission are thus required to register and apply to take the test. Before filling out the form, aspirants must check out the eligibility requirements. Candidates who get shortlisted based on exam score have to participate in the e-counselling round. In this round, the seat allotment is done followed by which the fee payment can be done for admission confirmation.

Students seeking admissions to Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University must note that the admissions are conducted on the basis of the CUET exam. The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) is conducted by the NTA and admits students into various UG courses across the nation.
