It is not possible to get admission to the top universities without 12th marks. However, you can get admission without 12th if you have passed the Diploma for 2-3 years. Many universities accept Diploma score for the UG programs.
To get admission to top universities you either need class 12th score or Diploma score, or you can join the university for Diploma courses based on 10th marks.
