How can I get admission to this college? I have not appeared for CAT or GMAT.

XAT or Xavier Aptitude Test is the primary examination for admission, it generally happens in the first week of January every year. More information can be found at http://www.xlri.ac.in/about/about-admission-procedure.aspx
