How can I get an investment banking job abroad? What steps do I have to take for the same? What skills are required?
I have done my MBA in finance and I have been working as a dealer in one of the broking companies for a year in India now.

Dear Anbarasan,
Getting the job in Investment Banking is not easy (and that too abroad). Start applying on the website of the top investment banking firm in India (Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Credit Suisse, etc.). And, then if you wish you can go to abroad to work within the same company using employee referrals. However, for skills yes you need to have qualitative skills, should have a good understanding of Case analysis problems, very good in MS Office etc.
