How can I get an LLB degree?

I am a post graduate in civil engineering. I want to do it part time or may be full time where attendance is not mandatory.

for a llb degree you have to apply for 3 year LLB some of the top colleges offering 3 year LLB are Delhi University Faculty of law and Banaras Hindu University you have to give a entrance exam to get addmission in both of them thay are the best institutions offering llb in india.
