uhh can reach the clg directly nd fill the form as per their instructions.. otherwise uhh fill the common form for the admsn...nd their details would be on the clg website ..for more details search on the camera 360 shiksha predictors

You can get the form from the campus itself. Admissions are made strictly on the basis of merit. On the date and time of the spot admission, when a candidate's name, marks, etc. are announced he/she has to produce the receipt of the application form to obtain entry into the admission room.
