How can i get back my retention money from a private institute. What necessary step i can take...
As iipm institute misguide me as they are recognized with Ugc.. And also they are not responding nicely..

you got to write to the university it is affialated to. Take a postal order of 10 rs, give a application under RTI act to the university--asking how to get the retention money from such colleges.

Go through the rules of that private institute in detail and try to find out the possible clue before applying for the refund. Alternatively contact a middle level person in the office of this isntitute and find form him the procedure.
