Go for last year exam paper or practice paper. You can buy it online of better publishers like Arihant etc. You can download the papers with solution too in the NET only. Best of luck. -

The sample papers or the model papers for BITSAT will be available in the NET. But for the previous year papers and solutions, you can go for hard copies of some publishers like Odisha, Arihant, etc.
