According to your marks there are no chances to get a seat in top universities. You can apply for other reputed engineering college in India, If you don't have any problem related location so I would recommend you Haryana as best place for education purpose. There are many well-known engineering colleges which has the best educational system and providing quality education in various disciplines of engineering. SKIET, KIIT, YMCA are some of them.
