you s hould be graduate and 21 -30 in age . in these papers three sectiona are there pre mains and interviews in pre there is one optional subject and in mains there are two optional subjects.

the minimum qualification required for IPS exam which is conducted by UPSC is pass in graduation with any discipline . age should be between 21 - 30 for general category students. age should be between 21 - 33 for obc category students. there is age relaxation for sc and st category students. y
