How can I get direct admission in LPU for Diploma in computer engineering? I have scored 74.1% in 10th with 66.5% in maths & 76% in science.

    Yes, you can get admission in LPU for Diploma in computer science. You can directly apply on their official site.

    Firstly, I congratulate you for scoring 74.1 % in your 10th standard whereas you can get direct admission at LPU for the diploma in Computer engineering program.
    Either, you can directly visit the university with your documents or to the out campus team which is near to your home. Otherwise, you can apply for online admission through the link which is given below-

    Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam):
    Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10th (with Mathematics, Science and English) or equivalent.
    For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium.
    (5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmiri Migrants)

    Eligibility criteria for LPU is to pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 or equivalent from a school recognized by a recognized school board and apply for admission.

    The eligibility criteria for Diploma in CSE is pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10th (with Mathematics, Science and English) or equivalent.
    For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium.
    (5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmiri Migrants)
    (10% relaxation to outstanding Sports Persons (i.e. A/A+ category as per Sports Scholarship), Subject to verification from Selection committee* of the University)

    Dear candidate, as your last qualification is 10th class, then you can enroll in Diploma (Engg.) Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) programme. Diploma graduates can start entrepreneurial ventures or can pursue higher studies. It has the duration of 3 years.

    The eligibility of programme is - Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10th (with Mathematics, Science and English) or equivalent. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium or an equivalent subject.     Admission criteria is you need to have 50% aggregate marks in 10.
    You can apply online or you can visit near by LPU admission centre in your city.
    But as of now, admission are closed for this session 2018-2019.
    You can apply for this course in next session i.e. 2019-2020.
