Hi,
Studying in Germany is almost free as you need around 10k euros to meet your other expenses and its excellent for engineering. For USA, you need to score 100% in SAT and TOEFL/IELTS to get offers from best universities. Hong Kong Technical university offers 100% scholarship for gold medalists i
