How can I get German college for B.Tech CSE if get 90% plus in my ISC board? What is the procedure of the same?

You need to clear JEE advance to pursue B.Tech in German university.

Just the ISC board marks are not enough for applying in German colleges. There are other qualifications required too. I'd suggest you do some research regarding that.
