How can I get good placements after MBA?

  • First of all, be clear with your career plans. Pursuing MBA/PGP/PGDM in any top 100 management colleges in India will provide high pay scale with handsome/managerial job. Else, MBA from an average college will makes you to search for job or entry level job. My suggestion is get some work experience first for at least 12 months. Go for MBA. All the Best for your future.

    Hi, To get good placements you need to stand out of the others. To grab the recruiters attention, you need to put a magnet in the CV, Being a topper of your class can be one of those. Other points to consider:
    - Start 6 months before term ends
    - Clear your expectations / research
    - Push your college placement team
    - Open up for sales jobs
    - Do a fantastic internship
    - Use references.
