How can I get in an acting college after completing class 12th?
I'm currently in class 11th in the science stream. My parents want me to be a doctor. But I want to be an actor. The uncertainties of this field are holding me back. What steps should I take after giving my board exam? Are there any tests required to be taken for getting into a good acting college?

Your parents are right at their place. The uncertainty to get acting projects are actually the matter of concern. Unless and until, you are very dedicated about this field and ready to give your 200%, then only enter into it.
Yes, there are entrance exams conducted by various acting schools. However, if you wish to be the best, then appear for FTII - Pune entrance exam and clear it. The chances of getting work after graduating from there are more than any other institute.
