How can i get into any engineering field (aviation, automobile, aviation, etc) directly after 10 including foreign studies ?

The admission to the Diploma Engineering Courses is made through the Joint Entrance Test. Candidates who qualify the JET are eligible to apply for admission to various courses being run in the affiliated institutions of the Board. The admission to these institutions will be based on the

So can it be possible to go for foreign studies without 11th & 12th.
i mean only 11th &12th not the other course or stuff required.
