How can I get into East Point Group of Institutions for UG/PG courses? Am I eligible for admission?

East Point Group of Institutions has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

After 10th DiplomaCandidates who have completed Pre-University (10+2) examination with sciences subjects PCB, PCMB, CBZ as the major subjects will be directly admitted to 2nd year of Diploma course. Age would be calculated as on 31st December prior to the year of admission.
BCAA candidate who has passed Three years Diploma in Engineering of Government of Karnataka or any other examination considered as equivalent thereto shall be eligible for admission.
M.ComCandidate must have B.Com/B.B.M or equivalent with mentioned marks in the aggregate in commerce subjects from any recognised university.
D.PharmaCandidates who have passed two years Pre-University Examination conducted by the Board of Pre-University Education, Karnataka State or any equivalent examination of any other approved Board or university with any combination P.C.M or P.C.B are eligible to apply.
BPTCandidate must have passed 10+2 with mentioned marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English as a subject from a recognised Board.
B.ComCandidate must have passed 10+2 in any discipline from a recognised Board.
M.PharmaCandidate must have passed in B.Pharm with mentioned marks from a recognised University.
BBACandidate must have passed 10+2 any discipline from a recognised Board.
M.E./M.TechCandidates must have passed qualifying examination or equivalent examination as prescribed by the Competent Authority and obtained an aggregate minimum of 50% marks (45% of marks in case of SC, ST and Category-I candidates) taken together in all the subjects of all the years/ semesters of the Degree Examination from any recognised institute/university. Final year students can also apply on provisional basis. Candidates must have valid GATE score.
B.E. / B.TechCandidate must have passed 10+2 with mentioned marks in Physics and Maths with Chemistry/ Biotechnology / Biology / Computer / Electronics, English as a subject.
MBBSCandidate must have passed 10+2 with mentioned marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology, English as a subject.
MBA/PGDMCandidates must have passed in any degree with mentioned marks from a recognised University.
B.Sc.Candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English from a recognised Board.
