How can I get into Eranad Knowledge City for UG/PG courses? Am I eligible for admission?

Eranad Knowledge City has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses: <table><tr><th>Courses</th><th>Eligibility</th><tr><td>B.E. / B.Tech</td><td>Candidate must have completed 17 years of age as on the 31st December 2023.</td></tr><tr><td>B.Arch</td><td>Candidate who have completed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate are eligible.</td></tr></tr></table>
