How can I get into Government College of Nursing, Kalimpong for UG/PG courses? Am I eligible for admission?

Government College of Nursing, Kalimpong has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

M.Sc.Candidate must have passed B.Sc. Nursing/ B.Sc. (Hons) Nursing/ P.B.Sc. Nursing/ P.B.Sc. (Hons) Nursing/3 years P.B.Sc.- Nursing through distance education/IGNOU from an institution recognised by INC & affiliated to any UGC recognised university. Candidate must have secured at least 55% marks in aggregate considering all 4 years together in the above exam. Candidate who have passed through distance education from an institute which is not recog. by INC are not eligible. Candidate who have passed B.Sc.-Nursing / B.Sc. (Hons) Nursing must have 1 year of experience after publication of final result & by the last date of application. P.B.Sc. Nursing/P.B.Sc. (Hons) Nursing must have 1 year of experience before of after publication of final result & by the last date of application. 3 years P.B.Sc.- Nursing through distance education/IGNOU must have 2 years experience after publication of final result & by the last date of application. B.Sc. (Post Basic)Upper age limit for the candidate presently employed by the West Bengal State Govt is 53 completed years (as on 31.12.2023) and no upper age limit for others (including ESI/Central govt.employee). At the time of admission, the candidates presently employed by the West Bengal State Govt. will have to follow the then applicable TR Rules of the WB State Govt. The candidates presently employed by the West Bengal State Govt. must have at least 3 years' qualifying uninterrupted/ regularized experience in Govt. service as on the last date of application. Work experience is not essential for others (including ESI and Central Govt. employees)
B.Sc.Candidate must have passed 10+2 examination with Science stream from a recognised board.
