How can I get into Government Polytechnic, Harihar for UG/PG courses? Am I eligible for admission?

Government Polytechnic, Harihar has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses: <table><tr><th>Courses</th><th>Eligibility</th><tr><td>UG Diploma</td><td>Candidate must have passed Karnataka S.S.L.C or Equivalent Examination by securing 35% marks in aggregate. Candidate should have completed atleast five full academic years of study in Karnataka between 1st standard and qualifying examination.
