How can I get into GRT College and School of Nursing for UG/PG courses? Am I eligible for admission?

GRT College and School of Nursing has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

ANMCandidates must have passed 10+2 in Arts or Science with mentioned subjects and English Core/English Elective or Science or Health care Science or Vocational stream from recognised Board Students qualified in the 10+2 Arts or Science examination conducted by the National Institute of Open School are also eligible. Note: 1) The mentioned minimum age for admission shall be calculated on or before 31st December of the year in which admission is sought. 2) Student shall be medically fit. 3) Students shall be admitted once a year.
B.Sc.Candidates must have passed 10+2 in Science with mentioned subjects and English Core/English Elective with mentioned percentage of marks from recognised Board under AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCE or other equivalent Board. Students appearing in 10+2 examination in Science conducted by the National Institute of Open School with 45% percentage of marks can also apply. Note: 1) The mentioned minimum age for admission shall be calculated on or before 31st December of the year in which admission is sought. 2) Student shall be medically fit. 3) Students shall be admitted once a year.
