How can I get into Harkamaya College of Education for UG/PG courses? Am I eligible for admission?

Harkamaya College of Education has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses: <table><tr><th>Courses</th><th>Eligibility</th><tr><td>B.Ed</td><td>Candidate who have completed Master's Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/ Humanities/Commerce with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent.</td></tr><tr><td>M.Ed</td><td>Candidate who have completed D.El.Ed. with an undergraduate degree with 50% marks in each can also apply. Relaxation of 5% to the SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates.</td></tr></tr></table>
