How can I get into Haryana College of Nursing for UG/PG courses? Am I eligible for admission?

Haryana College of Nursing has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses: <table><tr><th>Courses</th><th>Eligibility</th><tr><td>B.Sc.</td><td>Candidate must have passed Senior School Certificate examination (10+2) of Board of School Education, Haryana or any Board recognised by Central Government/any State Government with subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English Core/English Elective and should have obtained at least 45% aggregate marks for General Category (40% marks for SC/BC) in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English taken together, however, the candidates should have obtained pass marks in each subject separately. The minimum age should not be less than 17 years as on 31.12.2021.</td></tr><tr><td>B.Sc. (Post Basic)</td><td>Candidates must have passed Senior School Certificate examination (10+2) of Board of School Education, Haryana or any Board recognised by Central Government/any State Government. Should have passed GNM examination from any recognised Institute by INC and registered as GNM with any State Nursing Council. Candidates who have done Matric/ 10+1 in or before 1986, will be eligible for admission.</td></tr><tr><td>ANM</td><td>Candidate must be 17 years of age or before 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.</td></tr><tr><td>GNM</td><td>Registered ANM with pass mark.</td></tr></tr></table>
